Linsen und Spätzle

A simple traditional German dish

All you need :

  1. Cooked brown lentils
  2. cooked pasta
  3. Béchamel sauce made with veggie broth water , flavored with white wine vinegar, gloves and garlic

Fun fact: brown lentils are rich in iron, full of fiber and yes, a good protein source 100g = 25,8g #plantshaveprotein
