Vegan pancakes 🥞

4 simple ingredients

Hi Friends,
It’s sunny beautiful day but sadly we are quarantined. So lets make the best out of that and start this beautiful Saturday with a light afternoon brunch.

I made pancakes and my favourite topping soft apples slightly caramelized with cinnamon 🥰

Also, finally for the first time I tried the Dalgon coffee and it was a bit messy 😂 but have to follow the trend 😅 It was too sweet for my taste but i think thats because i do not have ice but i got an idea to use it in another recipe will be coming sometime soon, so stay tuned!

Kanatonviillokki (Chickenless curry sauce)

Happy Easter!

Today is such a beautiful sunny day, so for the joy of happiness I made kanatonviillokki (chickenless curry sauce) that was one of my favorite dish from my childhood ☺️🌱

1. Start with cooking veggies and later add the vegan chicken:

2 carrots
1 white onion
4 mushrooms
1/4 red bell paper
Handful frozen peas
Shredded Vegan Chicken (Used a brand called Lickmonaco)

2. On the side make your béchamel sauce

50g margarine
4-6 tablespoons whole wheat flour
~ 600ml room temperature water

When smooth add spices:

2 tablespoons Curry powder
1 teaspoon Turmeric
1 cube veggie broth

3. When ready

Add the veggies and vegan chicken to the béchamel sauce
For more flavouring and creaminess, add: 200g food cream or cooking friesch (Used Planti Paprika Chili)

Add a bit of salt

Leave on low heat for minutes to flavour and serve it with rice

Hope you will enjoy this recipe as much as i did 😋🌱
